JEF Holdings Ltd.
Bij besluit van 22 mei 2025 heeft de raad van bestuur van de Kansspelautoriteit een last onder dwangsom opgelegd aan JEF Holdings Ltd. De Kansspelautoriteit stelt vast dat JEF Holdings Ltd. de opgelegde lastgeving heeft overtreden en dat van rechtswege dwangsommen zijn verbeurd ter hoogte van € 225.000,-. Omdat de verbeurde dwangsommen niet zijn betaald, besluit de Kansspelautoriteit over te gaan tot invordering.
