Kärnkraftsindustrins forsknings- och utvecklingsprogram för att ta hand om avfallet från den befintliga kärnkraften lever upp till lagens krav. Det konstaterar Strålsäkerhetsmyndigheten i ett yttrande till regeringen. Det är därefter regeringen som fattar beslut om programmet kan godkännas.
