KO tar Postkodlotteriets reklam till domstol
Konsumentombudsmannen, KO, menar att Postkodlotteriets reklam på Instagram inte är måttfull och därför ska förbjudas. KO har i dag lämnat in en stämningsansökan till Patent- och marknadsdomstolen för att få ett förbud mot reklamen.
