【危険レベル】 ●全土 レベル4：退避してください。渡航は止めてください。《退避勧告》（継続） 【ポイント】 ●2021年7月の大統領暗殺事件の発生以降、選挙が行われず、暫定政府が行政権を行使し、国民議会は上院下院共に解散したまま機能していない状況です。 ●特に首都ポルトープランス及びその周辺地域において、ギャングによる無差別発砲や警察署、病院、住宅街、港湾・道路等への攻撃、誘拐が頻発し、治安が著しく悪い状況です。 ●地方でもギャングによる発砲や攻撃が頻発しており、全国的に極めて不安定な治安情勢が続いています。 ●停電の頻発、医薬品の不足、医療従事者の国外流出により、医療体制が極めて脆弱です。 ●以上から、全土に危険レベル4《退避勧告》を発出しています。ハイチへの渡航はどのような目的であれ止めてください。既に滞在されている方は直ちに退避してください。
