Kazakhstan presented its experience in promoting the Sustainable Development Goals at the ESCAP forum

On September 16–17, the Tenth North and Central Asia Multistakeholder Forum on the Implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), organized by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), was held in Almaty. Representatives of government agencies, international organizations, and the scientific and expert community participated in the forum. The Kazakh delegation was led by Vice Minister of National Economy Bekbolat Moldabekov. Speaking at the forum, the Vice Minister noted that Kazakhstan continues to integrate the Sustainable Development Goals into national strategies and programs. He specifically highlighted the role of digital transformation in ensuring inclusive growth and fostering innovation. "In this context, we have initiated the creation of a Digital Solutions Center under the auspices of ESCAP," said Bekbolat Moldabekov.
