Bern, 23.09.2026 â In Bambussprossen-Konserven (Streifen) der Marke Royal Orient wurde ein zu hoher Gehalt an Bisphenol A gemessen. Eine GesundheitsgefÃ¤hrdung kann nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Das Bundesamt fÃ¼r Lebensmittelsicherheit und VeterinÃ¤rwesen (BLV) empfiehlt, das Produkt nicht zu konsumieren. Die betroffenen Betriebe haben es umgehend aus dem Verkauf genommen und einen RÃ¼ckruf gestartet.

Welche Gefahr geht von diesem Produkt aus?

Bisphenol A kann aus Beschichtungen von Konserven in Lebensmittel Ã¼bergehen. Als hormonaktive Substanz (endokriner Disruptor) kann es die Wirkung des Hormons Ãstrogen nachahmen. In hohen Dosen beeintrÃ¤chtigt Bisphenol A die Fortpflanzung und die fÃ¶tale Entwicklung.
