Beim Produkt «Xylophon Instrument Wooden» können sich Metallstifte lösen. Dadurch können verschluckbare Kleinteile entstehen. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr. Das Bundesamt für Lebensmittelsicherheit und Veterinärwesen (BLV) empfiehlt, das betroffene Produkt nicht zu verwenden. Tiger Stores (Switzerland) AG hat das Produkt umgehend aus dem Verkauf genommen und einen Rückruf gestartet.
