PFAS: Rechtsgrundlage für wirtschaftliche Härtefälle in der Landwirtschaft
Der Bundesrat hat am 27. Mai 2026 eine Aussprache zum Umgang mit wirtschaftlichen Härtefällen in der Landwirtschaft infolge von PFAS-Belastungen geführt. Er hat entschieden, hierzu bis März 2027 einen Entwurf für ein zeitlich begrenztes Spezialgesetz in die Vernehmlassung zu geben. Mit dieser Rechtsgrundlage sollen Landwirtschaftsbetriebe, die wegen PFAS-Belastungen der Umwelt erhebliche finanzielle Einbussen erleiden, in Härtefällen finanziell unterstützt werden können.
