EDÖB eröffnet Sachverhaltsabklärung zum Nationalen Organspenderegister von Swisstransplant
Der Eidg. Datenschutz- und Öffentlichkeitsbeauftragte (EDÖB) wurde von SRF Kassensturz darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass das Nationale Organspenderegister Sicherheitsmängel und Datenschutzprobleme aufweist. Die Erkenntnisse basieren auf einem Bericht einer privaten Firma. Nach einer ersten summarischen Prüfung hat der EDÖB am 13.01.2022 eine Sachverhaltsabklärung eröffnet.
