WEKO büsst Hallenstadion und Ticketcorner
Das Bundesgericht stellte im Jahr 2020 fest, dass ein zwischen der Aktiengesellschaft Hallenstadion Zürich (AGH) und der Ticketcorner AG abgeschlossener Kooperationsvertrag gegen das Kartellgesetz verstösst. Es hatte den Fall daraufhin zur erneuten Entscheidung an die WEKO zurückgewiesen (BGer, 2C_113/2017 vom 12.2.2020). Nun büsst die WEKO die AGH und Ticketcorner.
