Francine Zimmermann wird neue Direktorin des Bundesamts für Zivilluftfahrt
Der Bundesrat hat an seiner Sitzung vom 26. September 2025 Francine Zimmermann zur neuen Direktorin des Bundesamts für Zivilluftfahrt (BAZL) ernannt. Die 42-jährige Ökonomin ist seit mehreren Jahren Vizedirektorin im BAZL, Co-Leiterin der Abteilung Luftfahrtstrategie und -politik und Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung. Sie übernimmt ihre neue Funktion am 1. April 2026 von Christian Hegner, der in den Ruhestand tritt.
