Einreiseverbote von fedpol: Der Bundesrat nimmt Stellung zum Bericht der GPK-S
2024 und 2025 erhielt das Bundesamt für Polizei (fedpol) von der Kantonspolizei Zürich zwei Gesuche um Erlass eines Einreiseverbots und verfügte in beiden Fällen ein solches. Infolge der Medienberichterstattung zu diesen Entscheiden untersuchte die Geschäftsprüfungskommission des Ständerates (GPK-S) die amtsinternen Abläufe bei fedpol und sprach Empfehlungen aus. Der Bundesrat hat am 25. Februar 2026 zum Bericht der GPK-S Stellung genommen.
