Die Eidgenössische Kommunikationskommission (ComCom) hat im Rahmen der geplanten Übernahme von Sunrise durch Liberty Global den wirtschaftlichen Übergang der Mobilfunkkonzessionen von Sunrise genehmigt. Die Konzessionsvoraussetzungen sind weiterhin erfüllt und auch der Wettbewerb im Mobilfunk-Markt wird durch diese Übernahme nicht beeinträchtigt.
