Die Grundversorgung mit Telekommunikationsdiensten wird ab 2018 weiterhin durch Swisscom erbracht: Die Eidgenössische Kommunikationskommission (ComCom) hat diesen Entscheid getroffen, da einzig Swisscom an der Erbringung der Grundversorgung Interesse gezeigt hat.
