Media representatives who wish to cover the visit must obtain media accreditation. When responding to this email, please attach your letter of assignment and press credentials.

The media accreditation process is open to journalists (print, radio, television, news agencies and online media) who are on assignment with a bona fide media organization.

Individuals performing journalistic functions who do not work for a media organization and are unable to provide a letter of assignment will have to provide proof of recent publications under the applicant’s by-line that can be readily found in the public realm and under a bona fide media organization.

More information on Global Affaires Canada's accreditation policy can be found here: Contact media relations: Global Affairs Canada

Government officials, representatives, or observers will not be accredited as media.

The application period will close on October 26, 2026, at midnight. Once the application process is closed, there will be no further opportunity to apply for accreditation. Please note that accreditation does not guarantee access to all events during the Summit.
