Reserve Bank releases near-final DTA standards and licensing questions for regulated deposit takers
The Reserve Bank of New Zealand – Te Pūtea Matua has published near-final versions of four Deposit Takers Act 2023 (DTA) standards, consultation submissions, and the questions that existing banks and non-bank deposit takers will need to answer if they are applying for a DTA licence.
