Federal Court of Appeal upholds Federal Court ruling on REGDOC-2.2.4, Fitness for Duty, Volume II: Managing Drug and Alcohol Use  

The Federal Court of Appeal has upheld a Federal Court ruling on the validity of pre-placement and random alcohol and drug testing requirements imposed by Volume II, for workers holding safety-critical positions at high-security nuclear facilities.
