Notice of Vesting and Disclaimer Under Sections 337 and 338 of the Companies Act 1955

Take notice that I, BERNICE SANTA IRENE SMITH, under delegation from the Secretary to the Treasury under Schedule 6 of the Public Service Act 2020, hereby disclaim on behalf of His Majesty the King and pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, the Crown’s title to the property described in the Schedule, such property having vested in the Crown under section 337 of the Companies Act 1955 on removal of that property’s owner (Dunstan Hotel Limited, Company Number 147305) from the Companies Register on 9 September 1992.
