St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador - The Honourable Joanne Thompson, Minister of Fisheries, and member of parliament for St. John’s East will be joined by the Honourable Andrea Barbour, Minister of Environment, Conservation, and Climate Change for the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador to announce an important milestone to advance development more efficiently in Newfoundland and Labrador.
