Notification Circular 413-26

This Notification Circular includes notices that are required to be given to the public, submitters and appropriate government agencies, under the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991 (FSANZ Act). The Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) Board held a meeting on 14 & 15 September 2026 to discuss and decide on standards matters. The meeting communique is now available. FSANZ invites written submissions on the assessment of the following application via the FSANZ Consultation Hub by 11:59pm (Canberra time) 11 November 2026. FSANZ has completed an administrative assessment and accepted the following application.
