The packaging solution for these contact lenses may be contaminated with Burkholderia cepacia complex bacteria.

Risk of irritation or serious eye infection that can impact users’ vision when exposed to these bacteria complex. An incident has occurred overseas.

  • Stop using these contact lenses immediately and dispose of the contact lenses safely.
  • Seek medical attention immediately if you experience any eye irritation or other eye symptoms.
  • SHEIN will provide a full refund and send a recall notice by email. To receive the refund, read the recall notice in the email and click “Yes, confirm” to acknowledge receipt and accept the refund.
