DGR Global Limited – Further Interim Orders

The Panel has made further interim orders in the matter of DGR Global Limited. The Panel made a declaration of unacceptable circumstances in relation to the affairs of DGR on 28 September 2026 (see TP26/070). The Panel made the further interim orders to maintain the status quo while it considers whether to make final orders and, if so, what final orders to make. The further interim orders restrict Tenstar, Samuel Holdings, Benn Whistler, and their respective associates from disposing of or otherwise dealing with any shares in DGR. The further interim orders supersede the interim orders and undertaking dated 30 July 2026 (see TP26/051), which were due to expire on 30 September 2026. The further interim orders have effect until the earliest of further order of the Panel, the determination of the proceedings, and 2 months from the date of the interim orders.
