Information on what the Cancer Treatments Advisory Committee (CTAC) will be considering at its upcoming meeting in November 2026.

Supplier correspondence for ribociclib for people with early-stage breast cancer

The Committee will discuss correspondence regarding the trial results for ribociclib (CDK 4/6 inhibitors) for adjuvant HR positive/HER-2 negative early breast cancer, which was previously discussed at the November 2025 CTAC meeting [PDF, 535 KB].

Cemiplimab (branded as Libtayo) for skin cancer

The Committee will discuss an application for cemiplimab for the treatment of people living with squamous cell carcinoma. This application is for first line treatment, for people whose cancer is advanced or has spread and cannot be removed with surgery or radiation therapy.

Pembrolizumab (branded as KEYTRUDA) for head and neck cancer

The Committee will discuss an application for pembrolizumab for the treatment of people living with resectable, locally advanced squamous cell head and neck cancer.

Mogamulizumab (branded as Poteligeo) for Sézary Syndrome

The Committee will discuss an application for mogamulizumab for the treatment of people living with Sézary syndrome that has returned or has not responded to previous treatment.
