薬剤耐性(AMR)に関する記者勉強会のお知らせ
▼令和7年度 薬剤耐性（AMR）対策啓発キャンペーン 新作啓発動画「かぜに抗菌薬 効かへんで！」
抗微生物剤 [抗菌薬（抗生物質及び合成抗菌剤を含む）等] の不適正使用（不必要使用*1と不適切使用*2）により、抗微生物剤が効かなくなる、あるいは効きにくくなることを「薬剤耐性（AMR: Antimicrobial Resistance）」といい、AMR の問題は、密かに感染が拡大しているという意味合いで「サイレントパンデミック」と呼ばれています。AMRに対して、このまま何も対策がとられないと、2050年には全世界でAMR関連の死亡者数は毎年1,000万人に上り、がんによる死亡者数を上回ると言われています。薬剤耐性菌のまん延を防ぐには、国民の皆様の理解の増進が重要です。
*1 「不必要使用」とは、抗微生物薬が必要でない病態において抗微生物薬が使用されている状態。
*2 「不適切使用」とは、抗微生物薬が投与されるべき病態であるが、その状況における抗微生物薬の選択、使用量、使用期間が標準的な治療から逸脱した状態。
