The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bafin) warns consumers about the services offered on the website nova-c-solutions(.)com. Bafin has information that the website is being used to offer financial, investment and cryptoasset services without the required authorisation.

The operators of the website provide a business address in Pompano Beach, USA. A company called Nova Capital Solutions, LLC is registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) at this address. However, Bafin has no information indicating that this company and/or its representatives have any connection whatsoever to the website nova-c-solutions(.)com or the services offered there. Rather, it is presumed to be a case of identity theft at the expense of Nova Capital Solutions, LLC and at the expense of senior executives of Nova Capital Solutions, LLC.

The website nova-c-solutions(.)com also bears striking similarities to the site watermarkinvestments(.)com, about which Bafin had already issued a warning on 8 July 2026.

Anyone providing financial or investment services in Germany may do so only with authorisation from Bafin. However, some companies offer these services without the necessary authorisation. Information on whether a particular company has been granted authorisation by Bafin can be found in Bafin’s database of companies.

Bafin is issuing this warning on the basis of section 37 (4) of the German Banking Act (KWG) and section 10 (7) of the German Cryptomarkets Supervision Act (KMAG).

Bafin, the German Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) and the German state criminal police offices (Landeskriminalämter) warn consumers to watch out for internet-based financial fraud. If you wish to invest money online, exercise the utmost caution and do the necessary research beforehand in order to identify attempted fraud at an early stage.
