  • （１）オンライン傍聴は傍聴登録された方限りとし、傍聴用ＵＲＬの他者への転送はご遠慮ください。
  • （３）「Zoom」でのオンライン傍聴は、「Zoomアカウント」の取得の有無に関わらず傍聴可能です。
  • （４）傍聴者登録された方に管理番号を発行しますので、オンライン会議参加の際に表示する名前を当該管理番号に設定・変更してください。
  • （５）会議中はマイク及びカメラをオフにし、チャットやリアクション等の機能も使用しないでください。
  • （６）傍聴されている方のパソコンなど機材によって対応が異なることから、ダウンロード・インストールの方法やオンライン傍聴への接続、音量調整等、技術的な質問ついてはお答えいたしかねます。
  • （８）会議中、緊急的に公開できない事項を取り扱う必要が生じた場合は、会議を途中で非公開とする場合があります。
