The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bafin) warns consumers about the services offered on the website gervestcapitalclub(.)com. According to information available to Bafin, financial services are being offered on this website without the required authorisation.

The website is operated by Gervest Capital Consulting LTD. The operator claims to be based in Gazimaǧusa, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, but gives a German landline number as its telephone contact number. Bafin already published a warning about this company on 12 February 2025.

Anyone providing financial, investment or cryptoasset services or banking business in Germany may do so only with authorisation from Bafin. However, some companies offer these services without the necessary authorisation. Bafin is issuing this warning on the basis of section 37 (4) of the German Banking Act (KWG).
