European Commission Press release Brussels, 13 Oct 2026 The European Commission has approved, under the EU Merger Regulation, the proposed acquisition by Kimberly-Clark Corporation ('Kimberly-Clark') of Kenvue Inc ('Kenvue'). The approval is conditional upon full compliance with the commitments offered by Kimberly-Clark.
