Commission disburses €2.86 billion to Ukraine for drones, missiles and urgent battlefield needs

European Commission Press release Brussels, 14 Oct 2026 Today, the European Commission disbursed €2.86 billion to Ukraine under the defence component of the €90 billion Ukraine Support Loan. The funding will go towards drones, air defence systems, missiles, radars, electronic warfare systems and ammunitions.
