About the "Children's Kasumigaseki Tour Day"

The Children's Kasumigaseki Tour Day is an initiative implemented in collaboration with Digital Agency and other ministries and agencies. During the summer vacation period, it provides children with opportunities to deepen their understanding of society and to learn about government measures, with the aim of promoting interaction between parents and children.

At Digital Agency, under the theme of "Children's Visiting Day - Let's see, hear and experience Digital Agency!", the event was held at the venue for the first time (it was held online until last fiscal year) and various sections were set up. Children participated in four sessions over two days.

My Number Card Health Insurance Card Experience Corner

We installed a card reader identical to those used at medical institutions. Visitors brought their My Number Card, which was read by the card reader and used for facial recognition. In this way, visitors could actually experience the use of My Number Card as a health insurance card.

We have set up a quiz corner that can be enjoyed using tablets. Quizzes on Digital Agency, My Number, and My Number Card were prepared in three courses for each grade level, making learning fun for participants of all ages.

We set up a photo booth where visitors can take photos with Myna-chan. Participants held Myna-chan's stick in the shape of "1" and enjoyed taking commemorative photos.
