令和８年熊本地震に伴う産業雇用安定助成金の特例を実施します

厚生労働省では、令和８年熊本地震に伴う経済上の理由により事業活動の縮小を余儀なくされ、雇用調整を行わざるを得ない事業主に対して、産業雇用安定助成金の特例措置を実施します。
なお、これらの特例措置については、本日開催された労働政策審議会職業安定分科会で審議の上、同審議会から答申を得ており、厚生労働省において速やかに関係省令を公布して施行します。
○出向元事業主：
令和８年熊本地震に伴う経済上の理由により、事業活動の一時的な縮小を余儀なくされた熊本県内の事業主
○出向先事業主：
上記出向元事業主からの出向を受け入れた全国の事業主
中小企業 4/5、中小企業以外 2/3
（令和８年10月１日から令和９年９月30日までの出向期間中に支払う賃金を助成）
令和８年10月１日から令和９年９月30日までの間に実施した出向が対象となります。
