Further to the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s preliminary injury inquiry (PI-2026-004), the Tribunal today determined that there is a reasonable indication that the dumping and subsidizing of paperboard cups and containers from the People’s Republic of China have caused injury to the domestic industry.
