Estonian Air Navigation Services and the Estonian Transport Administration are conducting a written consultation with airspace users on the proposed terminal navigation charges

The purpose of the consultation is to provide airspace users with an opportunity to review the proposed terminal navigation charges, together with the underlying costs, traffic forecasts and assumptions, and to submit comments, proposals and questions.
The consultation will remain open for the submission of comments and positions until the end of the working day on 16 November 2026.
