Het Nationaal Cyber Security Centrum (NCSC) blijft sectoraal Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) voor gemeenten en gemeenschappelijke regelingen. Sinds de inwerkingtreding van de Cyberbeveiligingswet (Cbw) in augustus verleent het NCSC deze dienstverlening al. Deze zal worden voortgezet.
