Bern, 20.10.2026 â In Bohnenkraut gerebelt und getrocknet der Marke Natur und Mensch Lebensbaum wurde ein zu hoher Gehalt an Pyrrolizidinalkaloiden nachgewiesen. Eine GesundheitsgefÃ¤hrdung kann nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Das Bundesamt fÃ¼r Lebensmittelsicherheit und VeterinÃ¤rwesen (BLV) empfiehlt, das betroffene Produkt nicht zu konsumieren. Bio Partner Schweiz AG hat das Produkt umgehend aus dem Verkauf genommen und einen RÃ¼ckruf gestartet.

Welche Gefahr geht von diesem Produkt aus?

Pyrrolizidinalkaloide sind natÃ¼rlich Pflanzengiftstoffe, die in vielen Pflanzenarten vorkommen. Pyrrolizidinalkaloide kÃ¶nnen bei der Ernte durch Fremdpflanzen in das Produkt gelangen. Bei regelmÃ¤ssigem Verzehr kÃ¶nnen Pyrrolizidinalkaloide die Leber schÃ¤digen und Krebs hervorrufen.
