Hanoi Metro Line 3: France, AFD, ADB and EIB celebrate a flagship of cooperation with Hanoi

The Hanoi People’s Committee, the European Investment Bank (EIB), the French Government, represented by French Minister Delegate for Francophonie, International Partnerships and National Abroad, the French Development Agency (AFD) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) unveiled a commemorative plaque on Hanoi Metro Line 3 (Nhon – Hanoi Station), one of Vietnam’s most significant urban transport projects and a showcase of the strong partnership between Vietnam, European and international partners in delivering sustainable infrastructure.
