Thank you for your e-mail of 29th November 2023, in which you ask for the following:

Information relating to posters paid for by the trust in the last 3 financial years, and the current year to date (2019,20 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23). Including the following details:

total amount and cost of all posters paid for by the trust which are used in the hospitals, clinics, offices and other buildings of the trust.

the total number of posters in foreign languages paid for by the trust

the total cost of foreign language posters

Your request has been handled as a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The Forensic Science Regulator is not a trust. The Forensic Science Regulator is a public appointee and an arms-length body of government who operates independently, on behalf of the criminal justice system as a whole.

The Regulator is supported by a team of officials known as the Office of the Forensic Science Regulator (OFSR) who work under the direction of the Regulator and are employed by the Home Office.

The Forensic Science Regulator does not hold the information which you have requested.

If you are dissatisfied with this response you may request an independent internal review of our handling of your request by submitting a complaint within two months to [email protected], quoting reference FSR-FOI-0020. If you ask for an internal review, it would be helpful if you could say why you are dissatisfied with the response.

As part of any internal review the Department’s handling of your information request would be reassessed by staff who were not involved in providing you with this response. If you were to remain dissatisfied after an internal review, you would have a right of complaint to the Information Commissioner as established by section 50 of the FOIA.
