Foreign Minister Tsahkna in call with Ukrainian Foreign Minister: Estonia is stepping up practical support for Ukraine ahead of a difficult winter

Today, 21 October, Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna held a telephone call with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha. They discussed the current state of peace negotiations, the need to maintain pressure on Russia, and support for Ukraine as Russian attacks on civilians and critical infrastructure have intensified. They also discussed preparations for the Ukraine Recovery Conference to be held in Tallinn in January.
