Taking place in Tallinn from 10–12 May 2027, ICIC27 will bring together the international integrated care community to share evidence and experience of improving integrated care. Read more in our previous article.
Studies, evaluations, service developments and practical experiences are all valuable contributions. A strong Estonian contribution is an opportunity to share our experience internationally and learn from approaches and experiences in other countries.
