Full-Scale Operation of "Mynaportal Municipal Procedure Application Service" Started

With the aim of completing procedures on smartphones and other devices, we are promoting efforts to online administrative procedures of local governments. By promoting online administrative procedures, including the use of My Number Card, we will improve the efficiency of administrative procedures of local governments and the convenience of citizens.

Based on the "Priority Plan for the Realization of a Digital Society" (approved by the Cabinet on June 13, 2025) in , we will promote online administrative procedures in cooperation with related ministries and agencies to improve the efficiency of municipal administrative procedures and the convenience of citizens.

In conjunction with this, we have compiled procedures that are considered to be highly effective in improving the convenience of residents, etc. and the operational efficiency of local governments by going online, such as procedures related to childcare such as "Application for Use of Childcare Facilities, etc." and procedures related to long-term care such as "Application for Needed Long-Term Care and certification of needed support." In the future, we aim to expand the number of procedures that can be applied online, such as "improving the convenience of residents" and "simplifying and streamlining administrative operations," as well as expanding the benefits of My Number Card, which is owned by about 80% of citizens (* as of the end of December 2025).
