Prime Minister Janša: Freedom cannot be taken for granted; it is our duty to preserve it for future generations

A national ceremony marking Sovereignty Day and the 35th anniversary of the liberation of the Republic of Slovenia was held in Koper today. Prime Minister Janez Janša, the keynote speaker, highlighted the historic significance of Slovenia's independence, its military victory and the final withdrawal of the Yugoslav army from Slovenian territory.
