Emancipatienota 2027-2030: Vrijheid telt!

Vrijheid, gelijkwaardigheid en veiligheid voor iedereen – dat zou het Nederland van nu moeten zijn. Helaas is dit voor vrouwen en lhbtiq+ personen in het dagelijks leven niet altijd vanzelfsprekend. Zij ervaren dat deze waarden onder druk staan.
Het kabinet wil de komende 4 jaar de vrijheid, veiligheid en gelijkwaardigheid van vrouwen en lhbtiq+ personen in Nederland extra beschermen en vergroten. Staatssecretaris Judith Tielen (Onderwijs en Emancipatie) licht de kabinetsplannen toe in de Emancipatienota 2027-2030, getiteld ‘Vrijheid telt!’, die ze aan de Tweede Kamer heeft gestuurd. Hierin gaat het onder meer om maatregelen om de hardnekkige ongelijkheid, onveiligheidsgevoelens en de loonkloof aan te pakken.
