労働者派遣事業及び有料の職業紹介事業の許可を取り消しました
厚生労働省は、令和８年10月28日付けで、株式会社ＩＮＣに対し、労働者派遣事業及び有料の職業紹介事業の許可を取り消しました。詳細は以下のとおりです。
労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の保護等に関する法律（昭和60年法律第88号。以下「労働者派遣法」という。）第14条第１項第１号及び職業安定法（昭和22年法律第141号）第32条の９第１項第１号の規定に基づき、令和８年10月28日をもって、労働者派遣事業及び有料の職業紹介事業の許可を取り消す。
株式会社ＩＮＣは、出入国管理及び難民認定法（昭和26年政令第319号。以下「入管法」という。）第73条の２第１項第１号の罪を犯したことにより、罰金刑に処せられ、令和８年２月４日にその刑が確定したことから、労働者派遣法第６条第１号及び職業安定法第32条第１号に規定する欠格事由に該当し、許可の取消しが相当であると判断されたため。
