The UKCN is a forum of the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and the 8 UK regulators that have powers to apply competition law in their sectors concurrently with the CMA.

This page provides details of public cases which are currently being, or have been, undertaken in the regulated sectors by UKCN members under the Competition Act 1998 since 2014.
